Since graduating from University Gary has built up over 5 years of experience working in the company secretarial field and has gained a comprehensive knowledge base on the procedures of company administration. He has experience with procedures such as the conversion of companies, share capital reductions, cross border mergers and amending the articles of association.

Gary is not only familiar with these procedure in the UK but has extensive knowledge of these procedures in a variety of world-wide locations including the Republic of Ireland, Canada, the British Virgin Islands and the Seychelles.
